2. Can I recycle plastic grocery bags?

Plastic bags and film can't be recycled in the toter. This material can be recycled at the recycle depot on Industrial Way or at most large grocery stores. Be sure plastic bags are clean.

3. Is styrofoam recyclable?

No

4. What do I do with shredded paper?

Place shredded paper in a paper bag or cereal box before putting in the toter. This keeps shreds contained so that they will not fly around when the toter is emptied, but allows them to be sorted at the material recovery facility.

5. Are window glass and mirrors recyclable?

No. They must be bagged and placed in your garbage container.

6. Are plastic CD covers recyclable?

No. Neither is the CD itself.
