On September 4, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. the Real Estate Development Board of the Village of Worth will conduct a public hearing in the Board Room at the Village Hall, 7112 W 111^th Street, Worth, Illinois, on a request for a parking variation for the property known as 11301 S. Harlem, Worth, IL 60482.

Steven Meyer is the owner of the property, and his potential buyer is requesting a variation to 5-9-6 of the Village of Worth Zoning Code to reduce the minimum number of off-street parking spaces from 58 to 14. Any interested person may appear at the public hearing to testify or otherwise participate therein.
