All are invited to join in for an open house and fundraiser in support of Shiyuukan Dojo in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. This dojo has supported the local community for over 10 years and was devastated by Hurricane Maria. More than 8 feet of water and 100 mile per hour winds swept away years of work and dedication. Now I invite you all to help us, help them. A different class will take place each hour on Saturday and Aikido will take place on Sunday. We will be accepting cash or check donations to help rebuild the dojo and its community.

Stephanie Daujatas was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago. She overcame the odds and was winning the battle with cancer. Although she remained committed to getting scans, taking her meds, and going to the dr. on a regular basis, cancer has reared its ugly head again. She has been diagnosed with stage 4-Metastatic Breast Cancer. The cancer has been located on her skull, spine, ribs, sternum, and lower right lung. So once again, Stephanie has to wage a war on cancer and to fight for her life. Stephanie touches the hearts of everyone that she meets. Her positive spirit and wonderful sense of humor makes people around her feel at home. We want Stephanie to focus on healing and not to worry about the financial burdens that the family is presently enduring. Please join us at the benefit and/or make a donation on the GO FUND ME page.
